• "We/Us" means RentMyCarServices.com and its authorized agents. "You/Renter" means the person signing this Agreement and any Additional Authorized Driver listed on it.
• "Vehicle" means the automobile identified on the Rental Summary, together with its keys, remote/fob, charging equipment, tires, tools, documents, and accessories.
• The rental period, rates, coverage selections, and vehicle condition report on the Rental Summary are incorporated into this Agreement.
• This Agreement is a contract of bailment: the Vehicle remains our property at all times, and no ownership interest transfers to you.

• Minimum age 25 for all vehicles; minimum age 30 for the flagship tier (Mercedes-Maybach). A young-driver surcharge of $35/day applies to renters aged 25–29 on exotic-tier vehicles.
• Valid, unexpired driver's license held for at least 2 years (international renters: license plus passport; an International Driving Permit is required if the license is not in English).
• Major credit card in the renter's name for the security deposit. Debit cards are accepted for standard-tier vehicles only, with additional identity and insurance verification.
• Clean driving record: no DUI/DWI within 7 years, no more than 2 moving violations within 3 years, and no at-fault accidents within 2 years for exotic-tier rentals. We may run a motor-vehicle-record check with your consent.
• Only the renter and Additional Authorized Drivers listed on this Agreement may operate the Vehicle. One additional approved driver is included; each further driver is $15/day. Spouses/domestic partners who meet all eligibility requirements are treated as authorized where required by state law.

• A 25% reservation payment confirms the booking; the balance is due at pickup.
• A refundable security deposit is authorized on the renter's credit card at pickup: $500 (Tesla Model Y, Mustang Mach-E), $1,000 (Corvette Stingray), $2,500 (Maybach S 580).
• The deposit is released within 5–7 business days after return, subject to inspection, tolls, citations, fuel/charge, and mileage reconciliation. Itemized receipts are provided for any deduction.
• All rates are quoted before applicable state and local taxes and airport or delivery fees, which are itemized on the invoice.
• You authorize us to charge the card on file for amounts you owe under this Agreement, including post-return charges (tolls, citations, damage), with itemized notice.

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup — full refund of the reservation payment.
• Cancellation within 72–24 hours: 50% of the reservation payment is retained.
• Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: the reservation payment is non-refundable.
• One free date change is permitted per booking with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
• Early returns are not refunded for unused days on discounted weekly or monthly rates.
• If we cannot supply the reserved vehicle, we will provide a comparable or superior vehicle at the same rate, or a full refund at your option.

• Included mileage: 200 mi/day (EVs), 150 mi/day (Corvette), 100 mi/day (Maybach). Unused miles pool across the rental period.
• Excess mileage: $0.75/mi (EVs), $1.50/mi (Corvette), $3.00/mi (Maybach).
• Gasoline vehicles are delivered full and must be returned full with a receipt from within 10 miles of return; otherwise refueling is billed at $9.50/gallon plus a $25 service fee.
• EVs are delivered at 100% and should be returned at 70% or higher; below 70%, a flat $35 recharge service fee applies. Supercharging/fast-charging costs during the rental are the renter's responsibility.
• Use only the fuel grade or charging equipment specified for the Vehicle; misfueling damage is the renter's responsibility.

• You must be covered by one of: (a) a protection option purchased from us, or (b) self-applied insurance — your own personal auto policy and/or credit-card rental benefit meeting the stated minimums (collision + comprehensive extending to rentals; liability at least 100/300/50; exotic tier: coverage to $250,000 vehicle value, confirmed in writing).
• With self-applied insurance, you are responsible for all damage, loss, theft, loss-of-use, and diminished value up to the full retail value of the Vehicle, and you agree that claims will be presented to your insurer first. Your insurance is primary; any coverage we carry is secondary/excess to the extent permitted by law.
• The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW/LDW) is not insurance; it is our contractual waiver of the right to recover for covered damage. It is void if the Vehicle is used in violation of Section 07 (Prohibited Uses).
• Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), and Personal Effects Coverage (PEC) are optional products underwritten by a licensed insurer; policy terms, exclusions, and limits are provided in the coverage summary at pickup and control over this summary.
• All incidents, however minor, must be reported to us within 24 hours and to police where required by law (always for injury, theft, vandalism, or third-party property damage). A written incident report is required within 48 hours.
• You are responsible for administrative and towing fees on at-fault claims not covered by a purchased waiver, per the posted fee schedule.

All coverage and waivers are void, and the renter bears full liability, if the Vehicle is used for or during:

• Racing, drifting, track days, speed testing, or driver-training events
• Operation under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medication, or by anyone whose license is suspended or revoked
• Towing or pushing anything; off-road or unpaved-road driving
• Commercial use, including rideshare, delivery, taxi/livery, or sub-rental to any third party
• Transporting the vehicle out of state or across international borders without prior written consent
• Any illegal purpose, or transporting hazardous materials
• Smoking or vaping in the vehicle ($450 remediation fee) or transporting pets outside an approved carrier ($250 detail fee)
• Operation by any person not listed on this Agreement
• Reckless operation, or use while the odometer/telematics is tampered with or disconnected

• A joint photo/video inspection is completed at pickup and again at return; both parties sign the condition report. Pre-existing damage noted at pickup is not chargeable to you.
• A 59-minute grace period applies to returns. Thereafter, late time is billed at 1.5× the hourly equivalent of the daily rate; returns more than 6 hours late are billed as a full additional day.
• Failure to return the Vehicle within 24 hours of the due time without contact may be treated as unauthorized use under applicable law and reported accordingly; we will attempt to reach you first.
• Vehicles must be returned in broom-clean condition; excessive cleaning is billed at $150–$450 depending on condition.
• Delivery and collection within 25 miles is available for a flat $95 each way ($195 for the Maybach, white-glove service).

• All tolls, parking citations, camera violations, and impound costs incurred during the rental are the renter's responsibility, plus a $25 administrative fee per item processed.
• Vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and, on exotic-tier vehicles, geofence and speed-alert telematics, used for fleet security, recovery, and enforcement of this Agreement. Location data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
• Tampering with telematics equipment terminates the rental immediately and forfeits the deposit.

• Call our 24/7 concierge line first for any mechanical issue, warning light, or incident. Do not authorize repairs over $100 without our written consent.
• Mechanical failure not caused by misuse is our responsibility; we will repair, replace the Vehicle, or refund unused days at our option.
• In an accident: ensure safety, call 911 if anyone is injured, exchange information, photograph the scene, do not admit fault, and notify us within 24 hours.
• Flat tires, lockouts, jump starts, and towing caused by renter use are chargeable unless Roadside Assistance Plus or Premium Protection was purchased.

• You indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising out of your use of the Vehicle, except to the extent caused by our negligence or the Vehicle's mechanical defect.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the total rental charges paid, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot be limited by applicable law, including mandatory state financial-responsibility protections.
• Disputes are resolved first by good-faith negotiation, then by binding individual arbitration where permitted; either party may instead use small-claims court for qualifying claims. You may opt out of arbitration by written notice within 30 days of signing.
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the rental originates. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
• This Agreement, the Rental Summary, the condition report, and any coverage summaries are the entire agreement and may only be modified in writing.
